Orthodontic Re-treatment This patient developed tipping of molars and a posterior open bite with a previous orthodontist. We corrected his bite, closed his extraction spaces while maintaining the teeth in the upright position. It took about 2 years to unravel everything and this patient was extremely patient and motivated to achieve perfection!	Orthodontic Re-treatment This was another case where we were aiming high and re-treated with Invisalign. With closed small upper and lower spaces, closed an anterior open bite and uprighted flared incisors (DESPITE there being fixed retainers, this all still happened! Ask me more about that...!)

Express Treatment In just 3 months, we closed the bite and socked in his occlusion in this accelerated Invisalign lite treatment with Propel vibration. His smile arc is more harmonic, as well. The pre-existing gum recession is due decreased hygiene with a previous fixed retainer. He is much more aware of the importance to brush and floss!	Occlusal Cant Correction A dental cant is when the plane of occlusion is tilted when viewing from the front, and is generally visible (especially to orthodontists!) when > 4 degrees. It can be be a challenge to correct sometimes. Check out this smile evolution- correcting the cant as well as the overjet, which was the patient’s primary objective.
Invisalign Treatment This patient was a perfectionist and wanted to resolve her mild anterior crowding. She did not anticipate a such a smile transformation - it's all about the details! Through broadening the smile arc her smile is brighter, uniform and enhances her entire face! She was thrilled with the outcome.	Conservative "No-Prep" Veneers This patient started with rotated narrow upper incisors. We unraveled the crowding and proportionately spaced his incisors to allow for no-prep/conservative veneer placement. We gave him mid-course temporary veneers so he can smile for his wedding in Belgium! Now his smile is full and proportionate, and all completed in less than 9 months with the help of Propel orthodontics	Open Bite Treatment This patient used Invisalign and the Propel vPro5 device to close her bite in less than one year. Progress shown at 7 months; treatment completed at 9 months. The patient's tongue thrust habit also resolved once her bite was closed down :)	Open Bite Treatment Alex had a tongue thrust habit and an open bite. A habit breaker was placed and maintained throughout the course of his treatment, which allowed for passive bite closure while the braces straightened and closed the spaces.
Invisalign Combined Treatment This Invisalign patient had poor crown aesthetics on her right central incisor plus disproportionate tooth sizes, which led to multidisciplinary treatment with a prosthodontist! We improved her dental/facial midlines, smile contour, set back her flared upper teeth, alleviated a crossbite on right side and allowed for better positioning of two new beautiful crowns for her central incisors! She is SO happy with the result, and so are we.	Surgical Orthodontics Marlene started with a Class III malocclusion, posterior and anterior crossbite, as well as a skeletal open bite and tongue habit. A surgical treatment plan was accepted. The treatment began with rapid palatal expansion to treat the posterior crossbite. Working together with the surgeon, the patient underwent a mandibular setback with a rotational repositioning to close her open bite. The improvement in Marlene's facial profile is apparent, while she maintains her great smile.	Orthodontic Extraction Treatment Sam had severe crowding, most likely due to premature loss of his baby teeth and also just because he has large teeth! As a result, four premolars were extracted to make enough room for his teeth to fit. Definitely all straightened out and he still has a huge smile, you'd never know where he started!	Class II Crowding Alexandra had a Class II malocclusion with moderate dental crowding. Early treatment of the malocclusion was achieved with a Carriere Distalizer. She was a great rubber band wearer. Braces were placed to unravel her teeth and give her a fantastic smile.
Deep Bite Treatment David had a deep bite and an impacted premolar up top (AKA blocked out), most likely due to early loss of his baby tooth. His molar moved forward and stole the premolar's space! With the help of braces and some springs, we were able to push that molar back where it belonged, and the premolar came in all on its own, avoiding a surgery! And hey, his bite opened up too.	Express Invisalign This Accelerated/Limited Invisalign patient came in and said he had less than two months to improve his smile before moving to Sweden! We gave him all that we could in 50 days! While it's not perfect, it's a HUGE improvement and he was so pleased with the outcome.	Class II Crowding Veronica had a severe Class II malocclusion with moderate crowding and dental arch asymmetry. The malocclusion was treated with an appliance and full-time wear of rubber bands. She did a great job and completely resolved the malocclusion, with a little help of growth on our side!
